Please help with itching clown

My occ clown has been scratching himself in my sand and against my tank walls. He is the smaller of my pair. Should I be concerned about clownfish disease. He has been getting somewhat darker but I thought this was due to him maturing. I've had him for about 2 1/2 years.
I just recently upgraded my tank and switched out everything to new tank. Is he just getting re adjusted. Its been about a week since the change. I tried to get a good pic of him but my camera isn't the best. Please help.

I've had clowns that do this. Doesn't sound like anything to be concerned about at this point. Have you added any new fish to the tank since the upgrade that may have introduced any illness?

I did add 2 emerald crabs. Someone on another site suggested that the clownfish could be nesting. I'm hoping that is the case.
