PLease help with LR critter ID

Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone can tell me what these are. I
ve had my tank up for about 3 weeks with live rock. As time goes on I am seeing more and more of these white things popping up. There used to be one or two. Now there's at least six. In the first photo look directly in the middle and you'll see him. The second photo shows one head on.

Pretty fuzzy picture. Do they look like little pineapples with a fine tuft of hair on the ends. If so they are small sponges. Common and harmless although so get "outbreaks" they I have been told are temporary.

Really can't make out anything from that pic, sorry. The sponges SaltyDr is referring to is Scypha Sponges. Do they look like this?
