I got home from work yesterday, and when I looked at my tank I noticed my yellow eye tang has some white spots on it, I am pretty sure that it is ich. I have a total of 8 fish in my tank the tang was the only one that looked like he was hit buy it.
My tank is a 90 gallon mixed reef tank. I was able to catch the tang last night and got him into a qt. I treated with copper. I would like to know what I should do from here. Thanks in advanced.

There are three main treatment methods, TTM (tank transfer method) being the most effective. I'm currently going through TTM. Check out the stickie in the fish and disease area. (On my phone so can't post the link)

Is there any chance that I got it early enough that the other fish did not catch it. There was zero signs of it 12 hours before.

Read up on ich. If your yellow tang has it then your tank is infected. You need to TTM all your fish and leave your tank fishless for 72 days.

Okay when I get home today I will pull out the rest of the fish. What is the best thing to give them once I have them in qt

Recommend reading the stickies at the top of this forum. Tank transfer method (TTM) is my preferred method for dealing with Cryptocaryon (ich).
