I initially thought it was ICH but its much too large...
and today, I SAW IT MOVING AROUND THE BODY.

anyone know what this is????

I'ts either flukes or lice. Do a fresh water bath and it should fall off.

Keep me updated on the treatment. It's a nice fish hate to see you lose it. The FW dip should do it. Good luck.

Freshwater dip worked, but Im also QT my whole tank which sucks (had to take out all my LR and corals...)
but i figure a couple of weeks would kill whatevers on the main tank because it has no fish to cling to.
