Please I.D. this spot on Clown Fish

I've had this clown fish in my 75 gallon reef tank for 2 years without any signs of disease, but yesterday I noticed this white spot/bump between it's eyes. I did my regular bi-weekly water change/cleaning the day before.
Attached are a few (not so good) pics.
I'm getting ready to order supplies early this week and would like suggestions for hospital tank medications (if necessary).

I guess the pictures were not clear enough or maybe wrong forum, sorry. It hasn't gotten any worse after a few days and the fish is acting fine, so I'm not in a panic now.... just gonna wait it out a bit before medicating.:wave:

Just a quick update to close the thread.
The spot has almost disappeared. I'm guessing it was a small injury from hitting a sharp rock and the "white" was dead skin from healing.
It's funny, I've been in the hobby for years but don't frequent the boards. I'll try to hang around a bit to see if I can contribute something.... at least more threads of me talking to myself.
