Can someone please ID this acropora for me and is it difficult to care. Thanks

Yes is is one of the harder stag Acroporas if it is A. abrotaniodes. Give it very strong water flow and don't be stingy with the light.

So they need a lot of light? Would it keep the colours with radion gen 3 pro?

Water flow is number 1. Make sure is has very high flow beating down on it. You would be okay with any strong LED or halide type of lighting. Radions should be fine as long as it is centered and fairly close to the fixture.

Is it a full colony? If it is, you would have better luck breaking the branches up. The centers on those tend to die off if they are kept whole.

Yes it's a full colony, but still thinking if I should buy it. Afraid that I can't keep the pink color on the tips
