This came behind a coral, we caught two there's still lone at large, could somebody tell me anything about it?

Those are not something you want in a reef tank. They scrape the rocks clean with those spoon shaped pinchers. Which might be appealing at first as they will consume algae, but as they get larger, they have a tendancy to go after more meatier items such as sessile inverts. I have photo examples of that crap genus within my hitch hiker pages. Hope it is of use to you.
