i think it's a haddoni.
how big do they get? it's under pc lights right now but thinking i should put a MH over it. Currently in a 40gal (kinda QT tank)

need a pic of the undersid of the oral disc for a more definitive answer.. i also believe it to be a Haddoni but the other picture would help a lot.. also how much wattage of pc lights is it under?? what and how often do you feed?? how long have you had it?? haddonis get really large, someone in my area had a blue haddoni that was absolutely huge. easily 24" across.. it was actually in last months TOTM.. awesome tank glad to have seen it in person.. check out his blue haddoni here..

it's under (2)55W i believe. just got it about 2-3 days ago and i just fed it a little piece of shrimp.

Looks like a Haddoni,,, it will likely not survive under 110w ,,, get that halide.

Looks like a bad specimen to begin with. His mouth should not be open like that.

Getting a healthy specimen to begin with is one of the most important parts of successful anemone husbadry.

Your lighting is just under the minimum that I would recommend for a haddonii carpet. Feeding it often will help, but it is not a long term solution IME. It is good that it is eating and that it seems to holding itself well. It is a little bleached, but keeping it fed should help him regain his zooxanthellae.
