Please ID these critters in my chaeto

Hello all,

I'm a relatively new reefer so I'm hoping someone can give me a quick ID on these critters in my chaeto. Just want to make sure these are good guys and not pests I need to deal with. I have had a refugium with chaeto for about a year now but this is the first time I see these critters. Also, if these are good guys, can I feed them to my fish in my 90 gal DT?

Looks like diff kinds of pods. All good for the tank!!!

You can shake some into the display, but they'll get in there through the return. Natural food for all and great detritus eaters
