True, the outline's not that clear but you've got it out of the tank & the shot is from above so that all helps. it looks like family Mithracidae which includes emerald crabs.

i agrea it kinda resembles a decorator crab too me aswell. but the picture is kinda fuzzy and hard to tell. can you get a clearer picture of it?

if it's a decorator crab i wouldn't trust it in a reef tank unless it's a very large tank. might start plucking corals off.
