Please ID this hermit crab

I was just wondering if this is your run of the mill hermit crab or if it has a specific name.

hard to tell but looks like a red tipped hermit

Yeah? The weird thing is most hermit crabs here on Okinawa are a lot bigger and have a big blue claw but all I could find were these little ones so I put seven in my tank. They should be reef safe huh?
