Saw this snail cruising around on my Zoas.

Tonga or Cerith? Where there's one there are many. Small guy at that.
I think these are algae eaters not a Zoa predator?

Neither. It's a Wentletrap (Epitonium). They are parasitic snails, usually on solitary anemones. I don't think they kill anemones, but they do feed on their juices. The shell of that one is probably worth several bucks.
