The most common way to treat ich is copper sulfate. But copper sulfate will kill invertebrates. So remove the clownfish and treat it in a separate tank or buy a medication that will not harm inverts. You also could try adding a cleaner shrimp.

Looks like its already in QT judging by the pvc pipes?
 
It is an infection settling in after her fins got damaged/bitten. If she is getting worse by now, treat with antibiotics (maracyn or furan). No copper for her.
