Alot of the stuff tjswan posted and sold to members of our club is not as stated. I never spoke personally with this person, only through pm's. We agreed on $30 for two mated pairs of cleaner shrimp. The seller shows up (after Chris waited for 3 hours in a walmart parking lot) with three shrimp in the same bag and states the price is $25. The "flame" angel is a pygmy angel. There are others as well, but i'll leave it at that.
To be fair, the three shrimp i received appear to be healthy specimens, and Chris said the regal tang was exactly that, and a nice one.
I'd like to try and give swan the benefit of the doubt and call this an ignorance issue on her part, but i feel i would be doing the club an injustice if i didn't say something.
To chris...thanks a million man for spending the better part of your day on this. I really appreciate your time.

The Regal Tang I got is a nice specimen, healthy beautiful fish! But the Chromis weren't Blue Reef Chromis, they were Green Chromis, something that I didn't want since we already have them. Plus I can get those here less then the price that was charged. Over all, I'm not really unhappy since I got the Regal out of the deal for a good price and a healthy specimen. Thanks again to Chris for taking his time to do all of this!!!!

Ohh. I hate that there was a mix up with specimens and all. Especially the flame, thats what I wanted but glad I didn't now. They are nothing alike in apperence. FWIW Sean will probably take the fish in as trade at the meet tommorow for something you may want guys...

But, In her defence, she has 5 kids and I know my 3 have drove me over the edge of sanity so maybe it is all a honest mistake with name mix ups and all. ANd I am sure she went to catch the fish and shrimp and it took about 10x longer then planned and she eventually had to take everything out of the tanks to get them in the end! :lol: I have been there when I took Mel her kole tang last month! And he was in a 55 gallon QT!! But that was poor planning on my part for thinking I would just net him out at the last minute . Nothing ever gores as planned.

I agree pics are best if you do not know the person and there tanks personally. Sorry CK you had to sit all day while you were suppose to be working. You must have great patience! Or spent a lot of money at Wal mart! :lol:

Everyone is very welcome!! I am sorry for all the mix ups that happened but you never know what will happen. The biggest things were this. Number one the reason I had to wait for over 3 hours was because she did not realize what day it was. I had to call 411 to get her number to remind her i was waiting. Second was that we did not get everything we wanted.(no jawfish, only 3 cleaner shrimp,missing pump for one of the skimmers, green chromis instead of blue,blue rics are more green,flame angel is a flameback)All in all everything we did get looks fat and healthy! I set up one skimmer and is is working great! So for any confusions and mixups I apologize. I hope everyone is happy with what they have and if there is a problem dont hesitate to contact TJSwan. Tracie thank you for meeting me after all the confusion i still think people will be okay with the purchases. Also as stated above from now on PICS!!!

Hmm, Sounds EXACTLY like something I would do.... Forget totally what day it was :lol: I forgot to take my kid to dance class last week :lol: I am not kidding, having kids makes you loose your mind!!

And its always a good idead to touch base the night before on a deal like this. Sounds like her stuff was nice though!

....ok angela. I'll sell you the two that are resting on their sides this morning, all curled up cute and comfortable like in a serpent arm. I also have two grapefruit size colony's of oregon blue tort for ya since your in the buyin' mood. Be sure to not let such a trivial thing as genus spoil the fun though.

The blue tort would end up like the sleeping shrimp I am afraid! I just lost another SPS colony for some weird reason. I swore off SPS once and need to again! :lol:
