Please suggest 1 "wow" fish

I want to thank everyone who responded. I'm looking at 6 different fish...not going to rush it.

I really want a stunning clam also. Can someone suggest one ( maxima?..love blue), but more importantly, where online to buy a couple? I am sooooo limited in finding a LF S

Since you brought up clams you need to make sure you have the lighting requirements. If your lights can support it I would be all in. My derasa clam is by far the favorite thing in my tank.

I love my Blue Spot Toby Puffer. He leaves my coral alone, but does pick off a snail occasionally if he's hungry. So I keep him well fed, and he seems to leave them (and my shrimp) alone. Tons of personality, beautiful, fun to watch. He's always out and about. I do have a flame angel as well (pygmy angel) like has been suggested. He wiped out my entire zoa population, but leaves my shrooms and LPS alone.

Yeah this is why I am going to wait at least a year to see how my tank turns out on pods then decide if I can get a mandarin. I will end up with a fuge on the back just to be safe...

If your considering a mandy down the line, you might want to focus on fish that don't go after pods so much. IDK if it's the same for all wrasses, but since I got my melanurus wrasse I haven't seen a single pod in the tank. I'd like a mandy too, but since the wrasse will eat everything, including the pods, I don't think a mandy will be able to compete by living on pods alone.

This can be true. You have to know your tank and make sure that you are able to support whatever you end up putting in there.

I've been lucky that over the past year my mandarin and Melanarus have been able to coexist. I don't support this, but it happened to be that I had the mandarin for a while before the Melanarus. Maybe that's why it's worked so well? The Melanarus doesn't eat off the rocks as much as the mandy. I also feed the tank small amounts three times a day to keep my wrasse population happy.
