Please take my money

I ordered one of the 250W Calfo Icecap bulbs. I used the coupon code for $20 off. My total was $53 and some change, the $20 was taking off during the order. A couple of days later I received a partial refund via Paypal for $20. I have called twice. The first time the lady said she can’t get into the account information. Someone would call me back, which they didn’t. The second time, I was hung up on after explaining the situation several times.
The $20 is sitting in my Paypal account right now. The bulb is over my tank burning away as I type. After 1 week, May 1st, I will consider it abandon property, and spend it, your mistake. Please either reply here, or PM with a resolution.

This whole situation has got my head spinning, and I question if I feel comfortable ordering again in the future.

I am very sorry about this situation. I can honestly say that we wouldn't hang up on you for any reason at all, so I'm assuming that the phone was just disconnected.
