Please..what is this?

Please help me out, i cant find it anywhere in any books or on line. I found it in about
10' of water almost on the sand bottom attached to the side of the reef. It is very delicate and got quite abused in collection. However it is in the tank and my Clakies seem to have made it home, just what is it.
It seems to have a main long body attached to the rock with very soft limbs, not slimy either.

A clown hosting in red macro algae??? Guess I should try to find some. Very pretty. My clowns host by the heater. They ignore my green toadstool.

This algae is okay??

cool! is that clown really in that thing, or is it just close by , and does anybody know about this stuff, it looks nice!
