plumbing 2 tanks together...how?

I have a nano cube 28 and i want to add a small frag tank not big enough to stand alone. How do you think i should plumb them together. I don't think an overflow will work, what would you do?

Could you maybe place the frag tank above the cube and a small powerhead in the cube?? The overflow could go in the frag tank... That's what I would do.
