Plumbing design help

I've got a few questions regarding how im going to start setting up my new 500-600 gallon system.

Here is a rough sketch of the fish room.

The tank is a 300 gallon marineland DD tank, it is to be built in wall.

The frag system is a 72 x 24 x 16 acrylic tank, with a large overflow with 2 - 2" drains, on the side facing the 100 gallon Rubbermaid.

The Rubbermaid, can certainly not be used that is fine by me.

What i need is suggestions how to plumb this all together.

I have a deltec AP702 skimmer to tie in, id like this to be in sump, or atleast over the sump if possible, in case of any overflows from the skimmer.

I originally was going to just use the 100 Rubbermaid, but was unsure how to set it up to have 2 xl filter socks for the 4 drains, and area for the skimmer, and then a return area. My concern is bubbles in the return area.

Also, i am really hoping to have this setup where i turn off the return valves, and open up a third valve that will pump water up and out into my laundry room for easy water changes. Im not sure how to plumb this to have an area large enough for the pump to draw from, for a good sized water change.

I hope this is somewhat clear. Any help is greatly appreciated.
