Tank from glasscages was drilled schedule80 1" and 1 1/2"
Got the buulkheads but the holes are way to big for regular pvc how do I plumb a mega overflow kit into tank..?

Sch 80 is the same size as sch 40. There is a reason why they call it 1", the outside diameter Never changes.

yq, you got the wrong size bulkhead, or something...schedule 80 is structurally stronger than sched 40, otherwise dimensionally, they are the same...

+1 to the bushing, and to clear up a few things, a sch 40 BH uses a 42mm hole and a sch 80 BH uses a 48mm hole. The sch 80 is beefier on the overall dimensions and both use the same called size pipe, a 1" sch 40 is the same O.D. as a sch 80, but the I.D. is smaller on the sch 80 because of the thicker wall.

On the picture you are showing, it looks like you have a connector that necks down. Can you take that off? It looks like the PVC pipe you have will fit without that connector.
