Hi all! I am getting back into the hobby and recently purchased a 90 gallon predrilled tank with stand for dirt cheap. I still have some old equipment from my last tank that I will use. Upon measuring the two hole they are 2" and 1.5"... The only thing I can think of to do with the 2" hole is a 1" sch 80 bulkhead.. What are my options?

You can drill an existing whole larger. Best to use a hand held portable drillpress. They cost about $15. Your drill attaches to it and it is held solid.

You are correct about the 1 inch bulkhead but that wont do you any good. I believe your only alternative is to redrill. Makes me wonder what they did previously.

I actually just remeasured it because that seemed really weird for it to come like that. It's actually 1 3/4 which is better than what I originally thought.

Just know that drilling a tank is alot easier than it sounds. Im building a 75 gallon, 2 corner overflow and I drilled 4 holes. One from each overflow and two returns. It took a couple hours but that was only because I was being timid. There are many you tube videos on the topic.

Sounds like its for a 1" sch40 bulkhead.. and 1-1/4" sch 40 on the 2" hole

And if you plan to drill (doubt you need to) make damn sure that glass isn't tempered.. many predrilled tanks bottoms are tempered after drilling..

Looks like you are set up for a Herbie overflow. Use the bigger hole for an emergency and use the smaller hole for a syphon. Run the returns over the back, or drill a return hole or two in the back near the top.
