Plumbing ideas?

The concern I have with another Dart is I don't know what they are capable of... While right now I have 1 Dart running 6 returns the eyelet in the bulkheads are only 3/4" so I think there is a possibility that 1 pump could be sufficient. I just won't know until the tank is filled and I fire them up. If I get a second, then that's 2 pumps trying trying to sweeze 3600 gph out of 3 3/4" eyelets... See the dilemma I have? Plus I'll have to squeeze another 200 out of my Dad after dropping that much on just the plumbing fittings. :( BTW, does anyone have a PVC cutter that can handle 2" pipe? Mine only handles up to 1" :(

saws are best because when you use a squeeze cutter it will mushroom the pipe out slightly and therefore remove most of the glue as you slip it into the pipe, those are meant for flex PVC more so than rigid.
And no I don't have one that goes larger than 1" I just use a sawzall and shop vac afterwards, or else a chop saw works the best, very clean square cut.

Oh yeah, forgot about the chop. :D That will work. Just dropped 154.00 at Lowes for Union, Valves, and adapters... I still need to get the PVC and fittings...
