plumbing problem

I am trying to change out my membrane on my filter but can not figure out how to take the white things off that hold the tubing. I'm sure its easy as pie if you know how but I do not know how and it is driving me crazy. Can anyone help with this? Thanks

To take the blue tube off, just push in on the white plastic part that is around the blue tube and the tube should release.

Yep, and hold the small white housing and keep it pushed in with the other hand while doing this. Hope that makes sense.

FYI...The white plastic probably won't push in on it's own. I usually have to push the WHOLE tube into the connection which would push the white plastic flush, then hold it in place as you pull the tube out.

It may take several tries and when done right takes little force to pull out.
