plumbing & pump ????

im getting a custome cube built with about 45 gals and i was wondering what pump you would recomend (need to have enough power for 4 returns) and where to place the return holes so i can keep a clean look.( no power heads showing) i want to keep SPS so i need good current.

the aquarium is 24(w)x24(L)x20(h) and the overflow box is in the middle but outside the tank

Well that depends on if you want submersible pumps or not but you can check here

If you scroll down a bit they have the submersible section, I recommend looking at the mag drive pumps, they have a head chart so you can kinda get an idea of what size to use.

how many gal/hr should i be looking for when getting a pump for my 45 gal tank (@ about 5 feet)
