Plumbing Question on 125g Dual Overflow setup

Hey there, I had a question about the plumbing on my new set up that is currently under construction (I will post a separate topic on that as well). It came with 2 oceanic overflow kits model #70009, the kit comes with 3 bulkheads, one is 1" and the other 2 are 3/4" just a different diameter on upper portion, however while the ID of the 1" measures out to 1" the ID of both 3/4" bulkheads is actually 5/8". both kits are new in box so nothing was tampered with. I am running an Eheim 1262 return pump that will Tee off to feed both sides with added valves to adjust flow rate, but based on a gph flow chart it seems that I should be running 3/4 ID pipe esp. since it will have a Tee. The return fitting from return pump is 3/4" wich is capable of being swapped out as well as some of you have done.

Should I order a different bulkhead with larger ID?

would I be better off running a different size pip all together?

my sump is a ruby36 with 2 1" feed lines, I will be also setting up a refugium in the sump as well so I plan on having a T from return back to refugium with a gate valve to adjust flow, unless you guys have any suggestions, thanks!!

Which side of the 3/4 is the flange on? What is the order of the way you will setup your sump from the left to right. I am setting up the same size thank you are but a different brand.

well the barbed end is measuring at 3/4" OD and 5/8" ID, the threaded section that screws into tank is 1.5" I believe. as far as the sump the first chamber is two 1" drain lines that enter it, this will be where my skimmer is, then that will flow into refugium, then into the return section will T off and feed both overflows but will also have a T before that to feed some water back into the refugium, there will be valves on each section to control and tune water flow/pressure.

Bump, hopefully one of you have ran into this so I can resolve and complete my build, my fish are patiently waiting for their new tank! =)

Why do you want to T off the return line to feed the refugium more instead of sending It on into the DT? What's the point?
So you want to stay with tubing?

It's more of a back up incase the flow is too fast through the refugium I will have the option to have water go through it twice before going back to display tank, there will be a gate valve to fine tune or not use it all
