plumbing question

And don't forget the "heavy Duty" bulkheads which have a thicker wall and require an even larger than normal hole. And "Short" bulkheads, where the dry side, (flange), is very short for installations where you don't want several inches of bulkhead hanging off the abck of your tank. And to make it even more confusing, among non-heavyduty (standard) bulkheads, some (of the same size) have thicker walls than others for no apprent reason. You can get standard 3/4" bulkheads that are thick and some that are thin. I've got lots of 3/4" bulkheads with the same outer diameter as 1" bulkheads. And then again I've got lots of 3/4" bulkheads with a smaller outer diameter than a 1" bulkhead.

The choices are limitless it appears.

Only after about a year now of dealing with plumbing have i gotten a grip on all the different types. And when to use which types.

Cheers
Josh

Maybe this is why plumbers can charge what they do. It is said that this is the only country in the world where a plumber can become president. That is, if he is willing to take the cut in pay!!!!
