im currently setting up 75gal and im having problems on deciding on how to set up my return lines.im using an iwaki 55rlt pumping up from my basement.i used the head loss calculation guide and with 2" pipe i would have appox 1000gph with all my twists and turns.well when i get up to the tank i wanted to use a 4way crossover pipe.have my 2" return come into the bottom and use reducing bushings to get it down to 3/4" for the remaining 3.my question is how much flow do you guys think i would have and do you think this would work.any other ideas im open for suggestions.
