i bet instead of a T .. .a WYE would work even better here ...

and now i'm seeing ... by forcing the water to go down lower, and upping the back pressure on the drain water, it allows & pushes the lighter air out the vented pipe.
 
as you can see in this picture .. i have MAJOR bubbles coming out of mine.

neh ... i'll have to get some for when i start the tank up .. this is just RO water for leak testing purpose .. just filled tonight - i'll let it run with this water for the next 36 hours or so ... then drain & refill with RO/DI

alright - i had one more of his pipes laying around ... and kept it long ont he bottom - works great!

MUCH less bubbles coming out the bottom. (the one in the middle)
