Po4 iron based removers and zoas?

Anyone see any adverse effects of using iron based Po4 removers like RowaPhos or Phosban on
zoas? Also is a sudden drop of Po4 in an established tank a problem for zoas like it is for acros?

as long as it isn't overused it works great, much better color and growth for zoos and acros since anything over low phosphate levels inhibits growth :)

personally I slightly overuse phosban in my farm system, usually adding a lot at once until it expires, then adding in another large amount, so I probably go through fast phosphate reductions and haven't seen much of an issue, but I also keep track of ph, which if you seriously overuse phosban will drop quickly, that's when you know you have a problem. to use it correctly, just follow the directions on the package, it'll say x g per gallon, so adding in x g per gallon or slightly more will work out nicely
