malate Member Dec 25, 2016 #1 Hello, I have a purple pocillipora and would like some recommendations on placement in my tank. I have a 50 gallon cube and running a Kessil A360WE. Do they need a lot of flow? Light intensity? I hear they are pretty hardy and want to see some growth from this frag I have. Thanks!

J johnike New member Dec 25, 2016 #2 I have a big colony way up top in a 93 cube under 2 Hydra 52's and it grows like nuts.

At what intensity is your light at? I run my Kessil in the high 60% range. Half of the lighting time is also 50% white light too.

CoralNerd Active member Dec 26, 2016 #4 Watch out for babies it can pop babies that will grow in different spots in the tank. I like Stylophora better as it doesn't do this.
