Pods, which one is better

Hi,
I am setting a refugium in my system and I am trying to find which kind of pods should I put in my system.

I see most common are COPEPODS and AMPHIPODS.

which one is better and less hassle for the system.

Copepods would be my choice

Copepods first, amphipods second. Copepods are one step below amphipods on the food chain... ideally, you'd also dose live phytoplankton in conjunction with copepods, building your live food chain from the bottom up.
