I think the Canon G10 is the best.
The Panasonic LX3 is thought to be the best by some others.
I think everyone agrees one of the two is the best and the other is 2nd. Which is better than the other depends on intended use, but for reef photography the G-10 gets my vote hands down.

The SONY DSC-H50 cannot shoot RAW format, an unfortunate quality for shooting reefs.
The Olympus 10xxSW can go underwater but there are no manual controls and it can't shoot RAW. Taking shots of corals are a breeze but how much of the coral is in focus, whether the shutter speed is high enough to stop blur, or what the colors look like are all up to the camera.
