I was wondering if anyone has done any snorkeling and spearfishing around the Florida/Georgia area...I have been spearfishing in Clarks Hill for catfish and love to dive and see the wildlife as well. I know FL has clearer water so maybe some hints about where me and my buddies could go, we have a boat. Another interesting topic is the over abundance of lion fish. I have read that FL is having problems with them and actually want you to get rid of them, crazy how we pay so much for one and down there its a nuisance! Anyways, any experienced snorkelers or divers just chime in and give me some advice! Maybe ill hit up some sweet fish stores while im there too!

I cant really find anything talking about FL and spearfishing. That thread you sent me was about a spoiled young kid who was complaining about not going on the vacation he wanted, which was actually amusing to read but i had to stop around page 10 or i was going to slam my head on my keyboard.
