Polyp fell off frag disc

I need some help on what to do my single polyp purple hornet fell or ripped off the plug I found it and is there a way to put it back on the plug glueing it or will that kill it? Any advice is welcome thanks.

Just glue it back on the frag plug it should be fine, just don't get any glue on the top of the polyp.

You can also glue it to old dead coral or rock---a small one, so it's portable.
