Polyps bought at ORCA meeting wont open up...Dead?

I baught these polyps at the frag auction and it is about 100 polyps on a half of a clam shell, and they just wont open.....IDK if they are dead or whatnot, all of the other corals are just fine... it has this hair like looking stuff on it, but i dont think that is why their not opening...????

Do you have a pic? Sometimes it just takes a couple of days to open when they are moved to a new tank.

usually when zoa' are dead, they kinda fall apart like xenias or other soft corals. Most likely they are just shy or having a hard time acclimating, make sure to check your water parameters make sure everything is ok.
