polyps not opening?

got a small frag with some stick polyps ans zoas on it, the zoas opened up witht the lights this morning but the polyps havent moved. are they still just getting used to the new tank? all parameters are fine. do they not like too much flow? TIA

Could be that they are just new. Sometimes polyps can take over a week to open up (at least IME). Keep water quality good, and if after a few days they still don't open, try adjusting their position for different water flow and lighting.

could low temp be keeping them in? i forgot about that but my tank only gets up to 76-78 and 74 at night....

I wouldn't think those temps would make a difference.
As long as you acclimated the polyps they should be ok.
Like I said, it's not unusual for them to not come out right away.

i have had mine not open up for a week or so at a time but have been alive for years.
