Polyps won't come out what do i do?

I bought this leather a week ago. For 2 days the polyps wouldnt open. Then they were opening just fine for about 4 days, but now, they wont open again. what should I look for as the causes of this or try to fix? Thanks.

may just be still adjusting to its new home... water,lighting,flow
,ect.
just make sure water quality is keep up........

Make sure there are not any fish messing with it. I had a leather that was doing fine for years and one day a damsel decided it was going to mess with it (never saw him do anything except peck occasionally). Took the damsel out and the leather was out the next day. Has not closed up since.

They can be *****y.. make sure nothing is touching in and that its getting enough flow/light
