Pom pom Crabs!

So I thought that I would share a few shots of one of my favorite inverts. The first pic has both my male and female in the shot. The following two are of the female just four days ago when she decided to come out of hiding. Those red things in a group are eggs folks! I am soo excited eventhough we probably won't end up with babies it means that they are very happy. I have had them for over two years now and they live in my 12 AP.

Man I love those things, I had two of em in my nano a while back. Never saw them much. Each one only had one anemone though. Then I saw them fighting over them, made a sweet pic

My roomate supposedly has on of those in his tanks but I think hes only seen it once or twice in the past year.

The first time I saw one of these was just a couple of weeks ago. They are definitely one of the coolest invertebrates I have ever seen.

What do you feed these guys? How much did they cost each?

I have never seen these in a local fish store.

I just got one as well. It is teeny tiny, maybe 3/8" wide plus some legs. I dropped it into my suncoral tank (4g of water) and still can't find it.

here's mine.. to have eggs/babies, do you just need 2 like cleaner shrimp, or are they male and female so you need one of each?
