Just like to share my new Kellogg's Ponies.

They're very cute!!!! I was told that when I do my upgrade, I CAN'T have no more then 3 tanks in the house. So that means when I get the big tank, it would be that and the 29g for a pair of clowns plus 75g freshwater.... :hmm1:

Is that acro dead? I assume it is because I think you mentioned your ponies being temperate water, but if not you will want to get it out of there.

Adrian Yes that's a dead acro it was dead before I got it tho. Thanks for the look out. Only corals in the tank are zoas and gsp. Mostly micro algae.


Bill right now I got them in a 29gal nano.with just a MJ900 fir the return. They don't like to much flow. After I get my windows put in (wich should be done end of march) I got a 75gal tank with 20L sump with a Itech 100 that I'm going and one more pair and dogface pipe fish. Thanks

well the ponies are doing great and growing. They about 4-5in long. And eating like horses.lol.
Now here's some pics

and OT but this is my new fav coral. Don't have one but I am looking for one.
Tyree LE Green Jacket

I believe that Jack Garretts is the only one that has it right now.
In late 2007 it must have come in contact with the green pigment form another coral, Steve Tyree calls it a "Grafted" coral.* It started in one localized area and is quite stunning, it has a sharp edge between the regular blue-purple base coloration and the green grafted section giving it the appearance of a green jacket. There is an article in the November / December issue of ReefLife magazine explaining more. Watch this.
