Pooped big red worm

alight so i have all my fish in qt becuase of an ich outbreak and i look in on them today and there is this big red worm on the bottom of the tank moving around....

There is only fish and pvc pipe in the tank... where did him come from... is this possiable!

Probably a bristleworm. They find a way to hide in things. Did you move anything from another tank besides the fish?

not other than the fish... he is red about an inch long when he streaches out (my biggest fish is barley an inch ) and he has little legs on both side of his body like a millipede
