Poor little clownys

A few months ago I bought 2 Ocellaris Clownfish they were doing fine and dandy until after much refusal I finally agreed to put in a Damsel that was the only thing left in what I like to call my experimental tank, but that little guy was lonely and my coworkers just kept bugging me to do it.

Long story short new guy picked on 1 of the clowns and then stronger clown started to pick on him a little here and there, so I put the injured clown into a tank by himself and the little )#$#@ that was causing all the trouble into my penalty box (Floating breading tank).

Now my question is now that my injured clown is starting to swim better again is he gonna grow back any of his lost fins? He has no Anal fin whatsoever, his Ventral fins were nipped at a little his poor tail fin is almost all gone, he Dorsal fin is a little smaller, and his pectoral fin has been nipped at...

I know what you're thinking I'm a horrible person for letting this happen and it's amazing he's lasted as long as he did, it's been about 3 weeks and he's finally getting stronger and not swimming in circles.

I'd also like to one day reintroduce him back into the main tank with his old buddy but I'm affraid they wont get along anymore :(

little confused... the other clown was nipping at the clown or the damsel? why was the damsel mentioned?

The little clown should grow back its fins unless they were bitten off to far, if it was bitten back to the body of the fish he might not grow them back ever, if there was alittle fin left it will grow back.

Well I started writing the whole story but changed my mind because it would've went on forever. The Damsel is what started the attacking of all the fish in the tank, the healthy clown didn't start nipping at the injured one until it was already all screwed up.
