pop eye on my tang

I have a blue tang that began having popeye on one eye...today it is beginning on the other....any recommendations on how to cure or am I sol...and is it contagious?

How long have you had it?
Are the eyes cloudy?
Is it scratching on the rocks or sand?
Do you have a quarantine tank?
