Pop eye

Dear friends I really need your help, I don´t know what should I do. My naso as this bubble in the eye since 11 months ago.
What can I do?
It seem´s a eye in the bubble instead!!!

WOW.. i was gonna say they go away on their own with good water and steady feeding.. but that looks horrific and it's been like that for 11 months?!... sorry bud
