Popeye? Flukes?

whichj is it or something else? It is only in one eye. I have added 2.5 cups epsom salt. (200 gallon system - 1 tbls/5 gallons).

Definitely not flukes. How long have you had him?

I have had him about 9 months and nothing has been itroduced to the tank in over 4 months and that would have been corals.

While a parasite could have hitchhiked in on the corals I don't think this is the case. Could he have bumped into a rock or stung by coral? Has he been eating? Have you moved him I to a hospital tank? Does the Epsom salt seem to have helped at all?

Might have grazed a rock. The tank is mostly SPS so being stung seems remote. He does sort of eat, with his vision degraded finding the food is more difficult. He is not in an HT as I have no idea how to treat. I don't want to needlessly subject him to antibiotics.

Much better. Swimming around but seems a bit shy about going into the rocks like he previously did. I think it might have been a sting, maybe from a Bristol Worm.
