I noticed yesterday that my goby has a pop-eye. I read up on this and a lot of research tells me that once it is visible it is too far along to treat and to possibly feed food rich in vitamins and maybe some medication to help him along. I do not have a QT tank so I was looking for some other suggestions.
I haven't noticed any of his other tankmates bothering him so my question is this:
If I leave him in there will the other fish get it too?
If so, I will remove him, but I was hoping to just let the pop-eye take its course and hopefully he doesn't loose vision in that eye permanently.
Please help.
