Popeye?

I came home to see my miniatus looking like this..is the popeye due to trauma since its only in one eye? What shud i do? Will it go back into place? Ammonia 0 nitrites 0 nitrates 20 ph 8.2 temp 78

Looks like eye trauma to me. I would treat with epsom salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gals) to help ease the swelling. Usually does the trick.

Yes it's most likely caused by trauma. Most of the time it will heal by itself with good water quality.
