porcelain crab losing limbs

Hi,

I got a porcelain crab last week. Within a couple days he lost one of his claws. I heard they could drop these if someone was bothering them so I didnt think to much of it. With in the next couple days he lost the other claw and now today it looks like he lost a leg. What is happening? Any info is helpful. Thanks.
