Porting ACJr settings to ACIII

Can someone help give me some guidance on the most efficient way to transpose/port the settings currently on an ACJr over to an ACIII?

I would like to copy and paste everything on the Jr and then do some treaking from there.

I am guessing there is a pretty basic way to make this happen but not seen any documentation with some of the searching I have done.
