Possible flukes..I do have options though. Need advice please

I have had a radiant wrasse that went through TTM and then another 3 week QT for a total of 5 weeks QT. I had dosed PraziPro on multiple occasions during the QT period but was afraid to use Formalin(which I have on-hand). He has been in DT for a month or so but has started to recently scratch (he is the only fish doing this). There are no white spots or any other markings to indicate anything other. My options are:
1: Give him a freshwater dip to see what falls off?
2: Dose the DT with Prazi?
3: I have 2 other recently acquired fish (powder blue tang and scooter blenny)that are in QT that have just finished TTM that I can move him into if necessary...or is this a bad idea?
4:Or other options.
Thoughts please.
Any help is appreciated. I just want to get this right.

I would freshwater dip to confirm if it is flukes. If flukes are what you're dealing with you need to treat the DT with prazipro and for multiple treatments (fluke eggs can lay dormant for 21 days) IF the flukes are in the DT there is no reason to remove the wrasse and infect you two new fish with flukes

OK. So do a 3-4 minute freshwater dip..see if anything falls off. If I see speck(s) on the bottom of bucket I should turn off the Protein skimmer and carbon/gfo reactor and dose Prazi, correct?
What if I do not see anything on the bottom of the bucket?

Correct. If you don't see anything on the bottom of the bucket then I would suspect either scaring from flukes that were once present or you might be dealing with something like ich. When you freshwater dip the fish will thrash its head at the surface and be spitting water IME

Ok. Thank you. As soon as this snowstorm lets up I'll shoot to the store to grab some items to increase the PH for the dip.

Hmm. Just thinking. If I suspect flukes, why even go through the stressful process of a FW dip? There doesn't seem to be a negative effect of dosing the DT with Prazi anyway from what I have read. Maybe some corals react but I have not seen people with a total loss of them.

You can do that

Thank you. RC seemed to be down awhile yesterday so I dosed PP around 330 pm. 1 coral wasn't thrilled but it's back to normal today. I turned off the the GFO/Carbon reactor and took the cap off my skimmer for added aeration. I also have an airstone in the DT for additional aeration. I did notice my clown with white stringy poop yesterday which prompted me to add the PP, so I am guessing parasite. We shall see.
