Possible Ich? Please help!

So I have my first two fish in QT. I think one of them is starting to develop ich. It's on the back of his fin on the top side. Every time I take a picture of it it glows like eyes do, so I'm confused if ich does that as well. I have been monitoring both of my fish and this is the first time I have seen it on the fish. Ideas and opinions on this? I don't have two additional tanks ATM to do tank transfer method but I do have copper if it is ich. I do have a video of it if people are unable to make it out, I just wouldn't know how to load it up on this website.

That's a six line wrasse. They have that dot on there. Might be a juv thing. Mine has it too. It's not ich

Yea it is a six line wrasse. I'll have to try and compare with other ones at the fish store. And wait and see if it multiplies, the fire fish looks good though.
